With autumn fast approaching, I am already thinking of warm sweaters, a cup of tea, and a good book. If you are in New Westminster check out Great Wall Tea Co for some amazing tea flavors.

When we completed this tenant improvement (TI), it was a start-up business, and the project was a complete build from scratch. This TI won the 2012 Royal City Builders Award in the Commercial Renovation category.

I personally love the colorful wall-mounted tea canisters.
